I recently joined a new company with a complete change in responsibilities and expectations. With these changes came the necessity to present at conferences around the globe. I'm most certainly not a natural presenter and based on previous presenting mishaps I adopted a fear of public speaking which needed to be addressed.
I struggled to find a solution for my fear and considered several different approaches. Being every so slightly cynical of hypnotherapy I didn't have huge expectations - I couldn't have been more wrong. After visiting Sam on only four occasions I presented at my first conference in Houston and I can't begin to explain the complete change in attitude and outlook. I no longer had the challenges of uncontrollable nerves and feeling of nausea prior to speaking to deal with, as in place I felt confident, excited and controlled. Ok, maybe a little nerves... Sam, this is a huge thank you for changing my life and my career...

I visited Sam initially to help me stop smoking. In that one session, it was like a switch had been flipped. I just didn't need to smoke anymore. I wasn't struggling with it the same as previous failed attempts. It was just gone.
Because of the success with the smoking, I decided to continue the sessions to help with some other issues. In a matter of weeks I had managed to take complete control of my life and turn things around in a direction that benefited me completely. I am continuing everyday to feel that confidence within me.
Best thing I ever did. Highly recommend Sam to anyone.

I decided to visit Sam as I was suffering from trauma following a car crash and was diagnosed with a mild phobia of driving. This had led me to avoid driving where possible, worry about driving and I also became socially withdrawn. This had taken over my life as I became withdrawn both at work and in my private life and couldn’t see a positive future for myself. Within only 5 sessions I was as happy as I have ever been with a positive outlook on life. I’m now a lot more confident and focused at work and am happy to socialise with groups of friends again. I no longer worry about driving and am happy to drive without a second thought.
Sam has made a remarkable difference to my outlook on life and it took very little effort from me. If you are suffering from trauma or depression I would recommend Sam’s help as she was able to transform my life and bring out the best in me.

Just wanted to update you on my progress. I have lost 20 lbs & 14.5 inches since coming to see you for my weight management sessions. Also the confidence session worked really well as I have finally decided to start another business. I am really excited and enjoying the new products and looking forward to the future. I would never have believed one session would have given me such confidence to take on this opportunity, thank you so much for helping me.

About my trip to the dentist.
The trip to the dentist went very well, there was not the usual intrepadation, I practiced the breathing techniques and also felt fairly relaxed in the waiting room. It looks like the more I visit the dentist and practice the thought and breathing techniques it will stand me in good stead for any situation where I could be apprehensive. So a big thank you for teaching me to think in a positive way when visiting the dentist.
A big thank you!
Regards and best of luck with all your endeavors.

I came to see you on the 1st May 2013 and had a stop smoking cessation. I must admit a few days after my session I went on my first night out, had a few too many drinks and am ashamed to say I smoked one cigarette. I woke up the following day feeling rotten and it wasn't to do with the alcohol, I just felt terribly ashamed of myself and couldn't believe that I had been so stupid. I got really strong cravings at the start which for some reason I didn't think I would get but I managed fairly easily to work my way through them.
It has now been six months since I had my last cigarette and this time it feels different. I can be around smokers and not be bothered it or yearn for one.
It sounds shallow but one of the main reasons I didn't want to stop smoking was because I didn't want to put on weight. I now find I have so much energy and am constantly active, I feel really healthy and am in the best shape of my life!
Thank you so much for your help.
